PERSONALITY
Dabria is a loner. She prefers to be alone and away from others, and as such she can often only be spotted in secluded or out of the way places people tend to avoid. However this is contrasted by a longing in her heart to 'find that one true friend', someone she can truly talk to and care about, without gaining hatred in turn. She doesn't have much respect for "Authority", believing that more often than not, people exercise this false authority through weapons, guns and in some cases powers. Dabria can be gentle at times, and sees fighting as a necessary but cruel aspect of the world. She has a secret and rarely seen talent: she loves to dance. However in most cases Dabria dislikes human contact, often summing up a person based on their first few words to her. This is however again contrasted with the few able to get close to her heart, as she would chat with them as often as they would allow her. Dabria is a girl whose mental state allows her to be easily manipulated by most people, simply by getting through her initial "barriers" as far as trust. Dabria has a weak understanding of what's right and wrong, and would actually have a hard time understanding whether it would be right or wrong to stop a robbery, or even attempt one herself, seeing it as a way to sustain herself.

POWERS/SKILLS
Out of her three person family, Dabria was gifted with what her game obsessed father deemed "Ultimate Magic". She possesses the ability to generate up to two flares the size of her palm in each of her hands. These cause explosions of varying strength and intensity depending on the size of the flares formed in Dabria's palms. She can then toss said flares at whatever she may be targeting to generate an explosion around that target upon impact, the effects of which can result in harsh stinging or burning of the skin, assuming one doesn't take the explosion head on which of course would have the effect of a traditional explosion. Her explosions can blast through things like brick walls, steel, etc... but cannot be produced under water. She can produce these in rapid succession, but only two at a time. The explosions' radius and power depend on how large a flare she forms; the larger flares drain her energy quicker however.
As far as skills go, she is an agile young girl, able to quickly run around the field, which assists her in properly using her powers in combat or when is often needing, getting away and fleeing.
WEAKNESSES
The way she was raised has made Debria rather easy to manipulate, as she does not have a good understanding of what's wrong and what's right.
She is rather weak emotionally, and thus emotional situations tend to have a much larger effect on her than normal people.
Her powers cannot be used underwater, as the flare she produces cannot be formed without being doused.
Although athletic and agile, Debria is terrible at hand to hand combat, lacking any real training in the practice.
HISTORY
Debria's birth was not one born of love. She was birthed to be altered by her parents. She was to be changed by her parents based on game obsessed principles by her father, three things they wished to gleam and create.
"The Sharpest Blade"
"The Hardest Shield"
"The Ultimate Magic"
Debria's father was... odd he saw the world as one big video game, and he wanted to play the antagonist the 'Final Boss' if you will, the man sought to create this enviormentby by altering his own family, Debria herself was to provide the magic through the parents' experiments, the results of which were deemed a success upon her third year of life in which she began to form orange flares of energy in her hands.
Her life wasn't a very happy one. Debria was raised to be a weapon by her parents, nothing more and nothing less. In fact aside from reading she was never allowed what usual children might consider fun, no normal life at all.
She was taught to fight and use her powers to further what her parents wanted, there world and nothing else. Something Debria believed was right for much of her life. Often times she and her parents would "liberate" (basically steal) various objects from many different business establishments, though Debria herself was never told, this was to further her fathers own twisted mind, his experiments. It was soon after her fifteenth birthday however, Debria began to question her and her parents' ideals after reading several different books, a particular series she remembered being Harry Potter. At first, she disliked the books because most of them seemed a bit.... outlandish to her, however she slowly began to glean life lessons from the various books, the different settings, the characters; some overcoming problems or learning the value of family, she could even learn of the world outside through varying historical novels, both types of which helped her form her idea of what it must be like out there... away from what she was allowed, her mission training, and her room....
The most prominent book type, yet also the hardest one for her to understand, were the books detailing 'Love'. Up until then, Debria thought the way she was treated was love, but the books... even the way Harry and Dumbledore treated the villain of the story in the end.... or how conflicts such as in Twilight handled the characters' children... was that how it was supposed to be? It seemed nice....
Soon she began to ask her parents questions, questioning how things were done. However when she questioned them, they pushed the questions aside, simply stating that it was silly for her to believe in fictional stories. Over time Debria began to develop an ever increasing desire to see the world she saw in her books, and to see if such things were real.
And so, partly out of want for an answer and confusion towards her parents' unwillingness to answer her, she ran away from her home in the middle of the night. Her heart did feel heavy at abandoning the ones who raised her but... more than anything, she needed an answer to her questions, real answers. She eventually ended up in Jump City, still in hiding from her parents whom she was sure would want to retrieve her. She seeks the answers to the many questions that now fill her mind.
