That was it. She had done her research, found out that in human culture, a bank robbery was pretty much one of the most daring and dangerous acts of crime there was, so much that movies were made around it. An incredibly well-protected institution, with an amazing amount of money inside... plus, she wasted way too much time doing nothing already. Finding a place to stay, knowing the place a bit, it wasn't exactly her way to do things. The girl was itching for a fight, to feel in her skin just what exactly the earthlings were capable of. And to finally show them that she meant business.
She wasn't all too equipped, all things considered. She had an empty olive duffel bag slung across her shoulder, for purpose of storing the money, and a falchion she had... "picked up" the other day. At a store. Maybe. She didn't have much in the way of armor, either - Merely a black tanktop, jeans and black converse. She could be wrong, but she was pretty sure armor today either wouldn't be needed or wouldn't make a difference. Not to mention she didn't exactly have armor handy. Minor details, really. What mattered was that she wasn't exactly inconspicuous, what with the sword, horns and facial tattoos, and she didn't mind it one bit. More than money, she wanted to draw attention. Get everyone to know that there was someone new in town, and that she had the guts to pull something like that off. Get heroes to rush to the stage, so that everyone would watch their defeat. That would be her first big move towards subduing the planet.
It was around the middle of the afternoon when she arrived in the Bank of Pérez. She could have went on foot, but it would have been more trouble than it's worth, so she took a cab. She was pretty certain that the moment she walked through the place's front doors, the driver would already be calling the police, so there was no time to waste. Not that she minded, of course.
A security officer approached her, saying something she didn't care enough to try to understand, instead deciding to keep going further inside the bank. The guy kept shouting at her as she got stuck in the revolving door, simply breaking it down and continuing. At that point, chaos was spreading quickly inside the building, and nearly every civilian in there was looking for an exit, a way to be as far away from her as possible. Security officers had surrounded her, and they all had their guns pointed at her. One of them was shouting orders at her, but she was more focused looking around, sizing up all of the officers, until she stopped on one that seemed more uncertain than the others.
"Hmm... yeah, you keep awak-"
She was interrupted by a loud bang and a sting of pain in her back. One of the gunmen apparently had an itchy trigger finger, and was clearly frightened as she turned towards him. He shot two more times, but ended missing them both as she jumped towards him, falling with a kick to the junction of his neck and shoulder, dropping him to the ground and rushing towards the next soldier. In few seconds, as predicted, all but one of the gunmen were unconscious, the remaining one being lifted by the collar with a single arm from Irkalla.
"Lead me to safe or they not wake up."
She pointed at the others with the sword that still hadn't been used, and sure enough, the man obeyed, leading her through the mass of panicking customers, who started running away through the front door as she went past them. If help wasn't coming before, it sure would come quickly now... she hurried the gunman up, and he quickened the pace. The man that leaded her also happened to be the most attractive of the officers back then, but that clearly hadn't had any effect in her choice of keeping him awake to lead her. He was still a lowly human, after all, and there was no beauty in them.
As they reached the vault, she knocked him out, slamming his head against the door. Now there came the tricky part. She didn't know exactly whether she'd manage it or not, but if she didn't, she'd have to go back and find someone with the password or something, or she'd turn this into a pretty big embarassment. She gripped the door, took a deep breath, and started to pull. It was heavy, but that hadn't stopped her before. She kept pulling, putting all her strength in it, and, sure enough, after a few seconds the door started giving in, only renewing her forces. Not after long, the door had been ripped off its hinges and now lied in the ground beside the vault's entrance, and the girl was inside, quickly stuffing her bag with all the money she could. Now the REAL tricky part came, and it would be messy.
