The Rise of the Phantom King!

Setting: Night time in Jump City as Halloween starts.
Previous Threads: None.
Plot Summary: As the night of Halloween begins an ominous fog starts to form around Jump City. Due to this strange fog dark creatures with bright yellow eyes start flooding the city but these Shadows seem to have a purpose for being here as they are not attacking at random. Something bigger is ordering them to find those with the ability to fight and destroy them. It's a new villain named The Phantom King and while his plans are unknown for now his minions The Shadows are able to take the form of a dark counterpart of their choosing and gain all the abilities of that chosen counterpart. So will you be able to stop The Phantom King? Whether you are Good or Evil they will target you! Be careful and Good Luck!

This was Alviss's first Halloween and it wasn't exactly hard to find a costume since he was his own costume in a way. All he had to do was shift into his robotic form and make sure his weapons were put away for it. As the night started he noticed a strange dark fog surround the city and wondered what this was. "Is this part of the festivities?" he would ask out loud as he soon got his answer, It was not. 

A large gigantic figure appeared in the sky proclaiming himself as The Phantom King. He was like an enormous shadow towering over the City as he moved his clawed hand toward the ground. When doing this human sized shadows with bright yellow eyes flooded the city and started taking the forms of other people then attacking the originals with any abilities or traits they would have.

If the people did not have any noticeable strengths the people would not be attacked however this was enough to make Alviss jump into action to stop these things, whatever they were. He formed his weapons back onto himself and started to pick off some of the Shadows one by one. They of course would take notice of this and form themselves into his robotic form but keeping their dark color scheme with yellow eyes.

"Take him." the booming voice of the Phantom King declared as it pointed down right at SIlver with it's massive clawed finger. 

The Shadows for the most part that didn't copy the people with no abilities took on Silver's form and surrounded him. "This is not good." Silver proclaimed as he saw them surround him and point all manner of weapon at him. "I won't let you take over the city!" SIlver said pointing his gun right back at them even though the odds of him winning were a lot lower without any sort of help.
