"Well, don't let Robin know that you've guessed that." Batgirl ran her hands through her long red hair nervously, pulling at one of the strands on the way down. Looking around, there were flames licking the remaining fallen letters of the Wayne enterprises building, and spreading. In the distance, sirens sounded. "Let's get out of here before they start asking questions." Without waiting for Spoiler, she walked to the edge of the building. She couldn't really deploy her grappling hook and disappear with a purple-tailed girl following her.
"Come on, down the steps if you can, but hurry." Like her mentor, she had quite the nifty cape. Extending it out behind her, she jumped off the side of the building, letting it catch the air and ease her landing. Once she was on the ground, she fired up her batcycle and waited for her unexpected companion.
Watching the WAYNE sign fall apart brought some satisfaction as the explosions lit up the night sky for a few moments. The darkness returned and spread out even more as the sign was no longer functioning to illuminate the roof of the building. There were some small fires burning, but those fires were not going to help anyone see. If only he had planted the explosions in the right positioning so the sign would have collapsed into an X. Now that was the only way the explosion could have ended up being any better. He would have to remember that for next time.
It seemed Robin's anger had gotten the best of him this night since he did not remain long to look after the two girls. Jason made sure to turn on his invisibility again just before Robin crossed the distance over to the roof top he was standing on. The other two did not appear like they were going to follow. Good. Jason could handle himself against Robin, but he was not quite sure he could take on all three. He had no idea what training the purple girl had, and he was not keen to fight Batgirl anyways. Taunting Robin was much more enjoyable when it was only Robin around.
"So quick to abandon your girls? Not really boyfriend material right there, is it?" Red asked Robin as he moved around the roof top as silent as he could to spread his voice around. Robin was never one to make good decisions while following his anger. Jason may always have that anger on the verge of tipping over, but he knew how to focus that anger into his strength. He doubted Robin had spent any time dealing with his anger nowadays if he had not even known about the third Robin yet.
The only warning Red gave was a sudden crimson flash as the two shuriken materialized before he threw two at Robin's torso. The inivisibility was immediately broken, but Red was already running towards Robin with a kick aimed to the other's abdomen.
"Why not? It's his fault, if he hadn't slipped I never would've figured it out. Kind of a hypocritical move after he chastised me for revealing secrets. And mine wasn't even that bad! There are probably 300 Tims in Gotham City. Robin 3 could be any one of them. There's only one Bruce Wayne though. If you say so though," Steph argued, as the two of them prepared to make their leave, shrugging after realizing her incredulous expression wasn't visible under her mask. As Batgirl told her to take the stairs after 'caping' down the gap between building that most normal people referred to as the street, Stephanie couldn't help but laugh at the insinuation. She may not be as rich as Bruce Wayne -"Side note, so THAT's how he affords all those cool gadgets, no wonder."- but she was not understocked in supplies by any means. Following right after Batgirl, she leaped off the building spreading her own dark purple cape, slowing her fall to a safe speed. Admittedly, the descent was not as graceful as Batgirl's and Stephanie visibly shambled a bit hitting the ground, but it was enough to prevent any serious injury from leaping off tall buildings. She hadn't tried from a really REALLY high place yet, but it was on the agenda. She wanted to have someone she could call in case it went wrong before she tried something like that. After recovering from the slight pain of hitting the ground, Stephanie stood up and joined Batgirl on her bike. -"Second side note, I AM RIDING ON BATGIRL'S MOTORCYCLE, THE INCREDIBLENESS OF THIS OCCASION CANNOT BE MEASURED IN WORDS."-
While many motorcycle riders altered their vehicle to be louder, Batgirl's motorcycle was much quieter. It wouldn't befit a vigilante to have her enemies hear her coming, would it? As Spoiler joined her, Batgirl made sure the girl was seated before streaking down the alley. As Robin had already argued that Spoiler would /not/ be joining the team, Batgirl couldn't just leave her out in the rain. This is where back-up plans and secret identities come in handy. She turned the motorcycle and made for the hotel where she remembered Spoiler had swung from. Between that bit of information and the fact that the girl had mentioned that she had been in hotels around the city, she could make an educated guess that this was the place she was staying. Basically she just rode the motorcycle down the street a bit and right into another alley.
"Apparently I can't stop helping people, even when it goes beyond saving them from danger. Go back up and get your things, and don't say a word, got it?" Babs shut the motorcycle off once they were safely in the shadows of yet another alley. She had a place in mind for this girl, and couldn't let her spend all of her money on hotels when she had only come here to get in with the Titans. Robin would give the mailman a communicator, but not a poor girl with family issues? And just because she was in league with his second replacement. Sometimes boys were so petty.
"O-Oh. Okay!" Stephanie replied as she hopped off the bike a little surprised to be at the Beedlestone... She then realized she probably masterfully revealed her staying place when she outright SWUNG from it at Robin. "Smart goin' there Stephanie," she sighed in her head as she slipped into the emergency stairwell so she wouldn't walk right past the desk boy in full Spoiler garb. Thankfully being well exercised, she was able to ascend to the fourth floor without a real effort. She could do with less of her cape getting caught on the random wrought iron sticking out of the walls from the foundation. Jeez, she's surprised this place hadn't collapsed in on itself at this point. She supposed that's why the place was so cheap to stay at. Price for the risk. Made sense. Soon she was at her floor and pushed through the door, setting off the fire alarm as per her plan. That would make sure to get some fire fighters over to Wayne Enterprises and provide her and Batgirl some cover to get out there unnoticed.
Quickly, before anyone knew what was going on, Stephanie sprinted to her room, and slammed the door shut. As soon as she was out of sight of any onlookers, she ripped off her Spoiler costume, getting back down to her street clothes underneath and tossed all the pieces of the costume into her open suitcase. Quickly she shoved her feet into her sneakers without bothering to correct the spines. The things were pretty bent already anyway. She then scrambled about the room snagging anything that was hers and tossing it into the open bag. She hadn't been at the Beedlestone long, so it wasn't exactly much to put back. With everything gathered, she zipped the bag shut and finally stopped the fix the spine of her shoes so they stopped stabbing her heel. All settled, she slung the bag over her shoulder and took off into the bewildered crowd making their way downstairs. Weaving through them, she made her way downstairs to the lobby and was able to sneak past the desk boy through the confused tenants. Out front, she dove onto Batgirl's bike. "It's Spoiler, I've got everything." She figured Batgirl seeing her true face wouldn't exactly matter. She had already mentioned her dad was Cluemaster and all it would take was a simple database search to know Arthur Brown had only one daughter by the name of Stephanie, who no doubt had pictures all over Gotham due to her disappearance.
Batgirl stared up at the crescent moon while Spoiler sprinted away. Robin may hate her for this, but this girl was from their home. She knew Tim, and he trusted her. Robin just cast her away and blatantly said "no" while he welcomed every other wanna-be vigilante in the city with open arms. She was going to make him regret it. Feelings for him aside, he should not be doing this. She'll take Spoiler under her wing and train her without Robin knowing. She had the perfect space for it, too. The fire alarm in the building started going off, making Babs smile. The girl was smart. Getting in unnoticed while at the same time letting the authorities know that there was a fire... albeit not in this building. Still, ingenious.
Spoiler was back quicker than Batgirl had expected. She would take care of the bill later if the girl hadn't already. The girl was totally different without the purple cape and modified ski mask. Maybe not in temperament, but it helped putting a face under the mask. "Alrighty then." Batgirl fired up the motorcycle when Spoiler was safely on. "Hold tight. Police will be searching for the pyromaniac who started the fire, and we don't want them to give chase to the wrong people." Gunning it, Batgirl sped through the alleyway onto another street, moving swiftly through traffic while staying in the shadows while she could. Spoiler's bright blonde hair would be a little counter-effective with the 'blending in' idea, but they would be there soon.

The roleplay takes place after the series end of the original Teen Titans animated show, but does not include the movie Trouble in Tokyo. Since then Robin has been on something of a recruiting spree, and many new young heroes have found themselves a home in Jump City as well as Titan Tower.
