What was a holiday without a Titans party? Cyborg had helped her with the ginormous tree in the corner, and Starfire had helped her decorate it. Batman had never allowed anything really christmassy in the Batcave, and unfortunately, many Christmases were spent out chasing down various villains. The Joker and Mr. Freeze always seemed to take a liking to ruining the holidays. Of course, her father never really minded, seeing as he was always at the office while many of the other cops were at home spending time with their own families. It was nice to have a family to spend the holiday season with, even though there was no blood-relation among any of them, as far as she knew. The whole common room was decked with garland, popcorn strings, christmas lights, ornaments, and various other Christmasy things. She had allowed Starfire her own little twists on things. There would be no arguing tonight over what should be placed where. A few presents had been placed under the tree, all of which had been delivered to her bedroom in the utmost secrecy. It just wouldn't do to have everyone see who put what present down. She really didn't know who's was who's anyways, since most of the names were covered by another piece of wrapping paper. Well, most except for her own. Anyone looking at it wouldn't guess that she was the secretsanta behind it. As she finished hanging up one of the last bunches of mistletoe, she put her hands on her hips and surveyed the room. Christmas music was playing from the surround system, and various snacks and drinks were laid out on the counter. Beside the hot chocolate was a little mug full of candy canes, which were the best things to put in the hot drink, or at least she thought so. "Starfire, you doing alright? Got everything? People should be coming in soon." She looked up at the clock, seeing that it read 7:18. The Titans who wished to join them were supposed to arrive at 7:30. She just hoped there would be more then the three of them. The ones with secret santas would definitely come, right?

Those with secret santas should have gotten a message from me with the character your character should be giving the present to. MAKESURE you message me back with what's in the present! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! When opening the presents, I will tell everyone what is in their present. The secret santas will not be revealed UNTIL I SAY SO! So NO TELLING! That's the point of the surprise! For those of you who wish to join that did not sign up for the secret santa, you don't have to. Unless we can get an even amount of people and I can tell them who they're giftgiving for. We'll just play this out as it goes~ HAVE FUN!

There was no time for arguing when there was singing to be done! As Starfire brought out their treasure box of uniquely Titan ornaments, it was clear as day that her spirit was in the holiday mood. To herself she so appropriately sang Deck the Halls, which soon became a harmony sung by tin-man and alien over, around, and even above the large green tree. They seemed best for the job of setting it in the stand as metal hands and alien skin didn't itch when handling projecting needles. Then, set in an adorable sleigh stand, it was time to introduce Batgirl to their decorations.

Store-bought variety wouldn't do for these crazy Titans. True, they were more or less bought at the store, but the selection was not one that would grace the page of the holiday catalogue of a home-owner's edition magazine. It was tacky, it was patchwork, and it was personal. The lights were red, green and yellow. There was a bird ornament that stood as their anti-thesis to everything else, waiting to sit pretty in the shadows of a branch, watching this bizarre spectacle that was to be its home away from the dusty box. A little robot hung on a string from its head, possessing a large smile and light-up red eyes when hooked up. All the odds and ends collected over the years, caught by creative eyes, and usually had some story or joke attached with it. In a way, it was a box full of memories.

“'Tis the season to be jolly falalala lalala lalaalaaa~”

She was used to decorating the tree with everyone—during a time when everyone meant Cyborg, Beast Boy, Raven and Robin—but this year it couldn't wait. This year, they were the secret santas. Presents required a tree, and sooner than later she hoped, their friends could arrive to receive them as presents were intended. The gifts neatly wrapped, it was only logical their tree would be too. Tonight, all the Secret Santas had delivered and her eyes were already roving across them. Cyborg beside her, fighting the temptation to peak inside with his scanner; an annual battle.

As everything more or less came into place, there was still one more detail she wished to add. Star looked at the other woman with a smile at her question. Everything was better than alright, it was festive! “I believe we have everything, aside from our guests.”

Ghostdance made sure he was the first to arrive. He'd rather be way too early and help set up than five minutes late. That was just the type of lycanthropic shapeshifting entity he was and was raised to be. With a polite knock to announce his arrival he let himself in, still clad in his winter best.

Ghostdances fur was thicker and shaggier than normal, giving him a sense of extra fluffiness. Over said fur he wore a thick red flannel shirt and a denim jacket lined with wool. Around his neck hung a loose blue and white striped scarf. His long blue haired wolf pulled his hair back into proper ponytail. "Danisdayohihv alikelisdi, Happy Christmas folks." he said with a bit of a fangy toothy grin. In his arms was a glass cassaroll dish covered in shiny tin foil. Setting down the cassaroll dish on the kitchen counter Ghostdance gave a small but awkward wag. "I uh, wanted to thank you all for inviting me. But I didn't know how to do that. So I made a lasagna." he explained. "Just pop it in the oven when you guys want it."

With a half nod, Ghostdance leaned on the counter stuck his clawed hands in his pockets. For him, the holidays were a time for family. And unfortunately for him, none of his family were to be found. He left his Mom and little brother a message, but it wasn't like he could go home and say hi. If it wasn't or the titan's he'd be alone this holiday. He was thankful for a warm roof and the closest things he had to friends.

Nervously he glanced at his present, wrapped clumsily in wrapping paper and way too much tape. It even had a dollar store slap on bow on top. He just hoped his gestured would be enough to show it.

"Need me to do anything?"

"Cold...Coooold...Coooolddd...Colllllddddd...." Kimber Fowl a.k.a Silverwing, tiptoe to the giant T shape tower, due to the cold. She noted that winter was seriously pouring hard this year. Inviting the snow and cold winter breeze. Marking the winter month and CHRISTMAS! One of her favorite holiday. Standing at the front door. Her right hand digs into her red sling bag to grab her communicator, to be scanned, and to let her in. With a sound of a beep, she steps into the T shape tower, with a big of a sigh of relief. Relief to be inside. Out of the winter cold and into the warm. Taking off her pink fuzzy cap and her red shawl overtop, to be hung on the coat rack. She reached for her sapphire choker and chanted a spell. Alter her appearance and dropping her disguise, to reveal her true self. She flips her dark brown hair. That started to change, from the top of her head to the tip of her hair, into silver. Altering her skin tone to a fairer complexion. Examining her reflection in the mirror. She wears a sky blue sweater and fingerless red gloves, with a red skirt and blue leggings, and red boots with blue soles. Finishing her ritual. She adds the finishing touches with her pink shade lipstick on her lips. What?! The girl had to look good for the crowd, the Teen Titans to be precise. This was the first time she was spending Christmas with them, beside her family, her grandfather. The old man who doesn't have the sporty Christmas spirit in him, even if he dies trying. Knock on wood! Um, in other words. Christmas is just another holiday for him. Nothing special to go all big festive on, beside Chinese New Year. Now, that's another story to tell...later. She walks up ahead and trolls into the Common Room. Greeting everyone present in the room. "Hey guys! And whooooaaaaa!" Her eyes beamed at the large Christmas tree that stand before her. Blending in nicely with all the decoration, related to Christmas. Well decked by the decorating crew. "Nicely done, guys!" She gave them (Cy and Star) a thumbs up when she walks past them. And it seems, she wasn't the first to arrive, as she spotted Ghostdance and joins him, in the kitchen. "Please tell me there something warm to drink. Hot coco, eggnog or COFFEE! Anything?" Who was still clearly still feeling a little chilly from the cold weather.

SIXTEEN | TEEN TITAN | RANK 2

Kaie squeezed through the common room door, glad to see she wasn't the last Titan there. Also not the first, which was good. It was awkward being too early to a party, or so she'd heard. She still wasn't too used to the whole party thing, but she'd rather have a few pals to talk to than just be sitting in a corner until someone showed up. And good friends they were. She wasn't too familiar with Batgirl, but Starfire was really nice and she was on good terms with Silverwing too. And to boot, there was that nice nerd werewolf who had given the lecture recently. All things considered, a good group.

Kaie straightened up, cracking her back. It was nice being in the high-ceilinged common room, where she could actually stand up. Crawling through halls and hunching down got old fast. Looking around, Kaie saw that she was one of the few out of costume. Ghostdance was in pretty casual clothes, but his shapeshifty stuff made that a moot point. As for Kaie herself, she didn't even try with secret identities. There was no point at her size.

"Hey everyone!" Kaie waved, taking a seat next to the couch. The furniture did look pretty comfy, but she wasn't sure it could handle her. "Able to support a giant" was a rare quality to find in a sofa. "How goes it?" Kaie took in the room. The decorations were pretty awesome, but she was more interested in the snacks. Kaie was a growing girl, she needed her nutrition. Christmas cookies contained wheat, eggs, and milk, and were therefore nutritious. Her logic was undeniable.

[Aly]

"Awesome." Batgirl smiled at Starfire, an unlikely friend in the Tower. They went from pretty much catfighting over the same man to hanging out and decorating the Tower together. It wasn't just the holiday that brought them together, but this team. A successful team couldn't be one that had inner battles. "That's great. After the Secret Santa present exchange, we can go on to individual gifts." They weren't going to be as grand as the secret ones, but they'd be just as good. She had kept Robin's aside so that she could give it too him later. While the guests filed in, Barbara picked up her reindeer-antlers from the couch and set them atop her head. Now this would be quite a sight to see for those who were supposed to be afraid of her. Thank goodness the windows were tinted enough that they couldn't see inside. She was a bit of a joke to herself, but she wouldn't let anything get her down. She turned when Ghostdance spoke, and nodded. "That's great! I know I haven't eaten yet, and I love lasagna. Just put it over there on the counter next to the gingerbread cookies." Silverwing spoke next, and she pointed again to the kitchen. "There's a fresh pot of coffee, and there's hot cocoa in that big black thing. You just have to turn the knobby thinggy." This was a great opportunity to meet the seemingly-endless members of the team that had joined while she was away, and even some when she got back. This team was just getting bigger and bigger. Hopefully the villains weren't going to do the same.

[Silv]

Despite the tinsel glittering on his desk and the candy cane propped on the screen he would sometimes plug his laptop in to Robin had nearly forgotten about the holiday party. More importantly he had forgotten he was supposed to help the others set up. He'd gotten so sucked into his research, an arcane web of mystery, that he'd lost track of time. With a sharp intake of breath the boy took a second scowling glance at the clock near his bed that flashed in red letters that he was late and shut his laptop abruptly.

He would solve the world's many mysteries later. Right now he had to holiday.

Though he was often seen as having a somewhat sour disposition, and something of a Scrooge rolled into a Grinch, Robin really did enjoy the holidays. He loved spending time with his friends. He loved having fun.

Still, he wasn't smiling when he stopped in front of the doors to the common room. They opened with a woosh and he stepped in before glancing around at the decorations. "Nice job, guys," he commented as he made his way closer to the tree and the hubbub. "Sorry I didn't help," he didn't explain why he hadn't come, but that could be done later. He was glad he'd given Batgirl his secret santa gift earlier so he didn't have to worry about it now.

He stopped to swipe a cookie and then smirked at Batgirl. "Nice antlers." he said before taking a bite of his cookie and wandering over to inspect the Christmas tree. He stared at the personal ornaments, each of them their own memories, "Everything all set?" he asked his teammates.

[Bry]

Raven showed up to the party, halfway in uniform and halfway out. It was a party, and as parties went, there would be socialization. As this was not Raven's first choice of fun pastimes and she would likely be spending some quality time with the corner, her cloak was fastened around her shoulders, hood at the ready. Aside from that, though, she wore a long-sleeved black sweater, soft and fuzzy with sleeves that hid half of her hands along with her arms. Black skinny jeans tucked themselves into unassuming black leather boots and she had a few gifts bundled in her arms, ready to be opened after the Secret Santa gifts were passed around. They were wrapped in black and silver paper, every single one, because Raven hadn't felt like toting more than one roll of wrapping paper up to her room. Multiple designs for paper that would be discarded in a moment were, in her opinion, pointless.

Stepping into the room, Raven took a moment to fully appreciate Star, Cyborg, and Batgirl's hard work with the decorating before she made her way to the tree to deposit the few individual gifts she'd picked out for her core team, in addition to the Secret Santa gifts. Then she set out on her real mission: finding some tea.

Or maybe hot chocolate. Hot chocolate had whipped cream.

Well crud, now she wasn't sure.

Spotting Ghostdance and Silverwing in the kitchen, Raven made her way over, hoping to make up her mind on the way. She paid the lasagna a questioning glance before accepting it's place on the counter and snatched a cookie right after Robin. He ran off to the tree and Batgirl and Raven chuckled to herself. Christmas and Batgirl: two outta three of the things that could move the forever scowl on Robin's face.

Looking up at both Ghostdance and Silverwing as she nibbled her own cookie, Raven nodded a greeting to both of them. "Merry Christmas you guys."

[Elenaphant]

“Very merry Christmas to you!” Starfire greeted the newcomers with a flashing smile their way, holding the box of treasures that still wasn't completely spent on the tree and thus handled with utmost of care. She set it down on the coffee table and continued to rifle through it. When Batgirl had mentioned the gift, secret and otherwise, her face coloured with giddy anticipation. She forced herself not to glance over to her gift, that was wrapped in adorable froggy wrapping paper because leave it to her to pair amphibians and the holidays.

At the sight and smell of lasagna Cyborg couldn't resist coming over to inhale deeply over the dish. “Mmm... Meat-filled, right?” he asked their friendly blue wolf with a knowing look. “Hey, do I even need to ask?” He liked that Ghostdance and him had a good appreciation for the carnivore within them. While he could love a lasanga in all its cheesy goodness, that savoury meat layer just made it for him. Much like every year they weren't excluding BB in the vegetarian options, and there were certainly enough cookies to gorge oneself in. Ginger cookies, of course. The joke was just too easy, and with Robin and Batgirl there in the room he didn't know who he'd be making fun of precisely. They needed to get Speedy in here, maybe, and then he might throw in that playful comment.

“I am glad you like our tree. I think it gets more beautiful every year.” Starfire said, in reply to Silverwing as she floated over to where Cyborg was not so subtly grabbing the cookies. Him and Kaie seemed to have the right idea about how to get this party on. “Just like our team.” As she floated by him, she tacked on a band-aid on his cheek that she promptly kissed, much to his wide-eyed shock.

“Mistle-toe,” she pointed upward with as devious a smile as the Tamaranean could muster. It had been strategically placed. If one should wish for food, one must overcome the awkward kiss-inspiring plant hanging overhead. “I believe you are both beneath it~” she said as she nudged Kaie closer to a now doubly-flustered Cyborg, then flew away with a giggle.

“It's elves, Starfire, not trolls,” Cyborg muttered, but couldn't help smiling anyways, before looking back at Kaie. “I—ugh--you don't have to do anything really, heh I didn't even see it! Who knew there'd be a kissing fee to eating, huh? Not that it's a fee because you don't have to, I mean you're already—do you want these cookies?”

Starfire flew over to Raven, and stuck her with a purple band-aid on the face too. Then, she put an orange one on for herself and showed it off. “Do you remember these, friend Raven? As I was rifling through the shelves in the basement, I found this lone box. I had thought we had long used them up, so I was quite pleased to see them again.”

Ghostdance looked down at the lasagna as it say on the counter with a foreboding sense of immediate regret. His clawed paws fidgeted in his own pockets as his head started to fill with the familiar voice of doubt and social anxiety. He took a deep breath in through his cold wet nose and out through his razor fanged mouth and told himself it was just nerves. People liked lasagna anyways. Even if it was stupid to bring to bring the pasta dish in question to a Christmas party. He had been invited, he was wanted. And while he could cognisize the information, sometimes it was a bit hard to accept it.

He pushed the thoughts down and away with a flicker of his lupine ears and a stubborn application of his own will honed by the discipline needed to cast a spell. Today was a good day, he could feel it in his bones like an arthritic old man could feel the coming rain. He'd be damned if he'd let himself ruin it. He'd promised himself that he'd make more of an effort to connect with people. Screw the consequences, things always worked out in the end. He had enough faith in the universe to believe that much.

Pasting on his average awkward grin, which only seemed more awkward on a fanged muzzle, he turned to Raven. Raven was probably the person on the core team he was closest too. They both enjoyed a good book and found magic fascinating, though in different ways. Plus, they both had an enjoyment of tea. The thing he liked most about her however was that she treated him like a person before anything else. And while he and Robin were friends, or at least he figured they were, it was more of a work relationship built off of mutual respect for each others abilities and skills.

It took a bit for Ghostdance's eyes to adjust to the sight of his friend. Ghostdance's eyes were special, able to see the flow of the mystic and spiritual as they flew through the world around him. He saw things as they really were instead of how they appeared to be, overlaid onto the world his normal eyes could see. Magic, spirits, auras, spiritual nexus, and even the true form of magical being was no secret to him, even if it was a trick in itself to decipher it.

Raven was clad in a white robe that covered most of her body. Underneath the cloak was a living swirling mass of the darkest umbra. But it was controlled and contained, held back by the cloak and some form of invisible cage. Upon her forehead was a second phantom pair of eyes, firmly shut.

"Danisdayohihv alikelisd to you as well Raven. Would you like some hot chocolate? I kinda wanna feel helpful." he said with a gentle wag and a shrug of his shoulders, a ratty backpack still swinging with him like a second tail as he navigated the kitchen.

He was already pouring cups for people regardless of the answer, remembering where everything was from when he use to live at the tower. He was bent over, fetching more cups from the sink when he heard the foil start to rustle. "Oi! I still need to cook that Cyborg." he said as he ears zeroed in on the rustling. "Do you really think I'd spend all day working on a large lasagna from scratch just to ruin it by making it vegetarian? No offence to Beast Boy. But vegetarian lasagna just seems wrong. Maybe if I was making some Thai food. What you have there is a heaven of alternating layers of feta and mixed cheeses and beef in a homemade sauce with mushrooms and onions. Just to really make that beef pop." Turning towards Cy, feeling a bit more confident he handed him a cup of hot cocoa. "I did make him a mushroom stew with the leftover mushrooms and some Wheton bread however. It's in a Tupperware in my bag, still warm. Just in case the green bean shows up." he said with a sigh and gentle shrug before noticing The silver-haired girl slide into the kitchen.

"Oh, um Osiyo. I don't remember seeing you at my lecture. I'm Ghostdance." he said looking a bit surprised as he looked over the other. His beast-like eyes were intelligent, inquisitive, and held something in them that seemed to echo in the primitive. A reminder of the day when man hid in caves. What's more it seemed to not exactly at her, but through and around her. Probably due to the fact he was. He couldn't help it in this form.

To his eyes the silver stranger had a moon that shown above her head and slowly cycled through the various phases. He skin shimmered with a gentle metallic gleam, the barest hint of words able to be made out in her shine. Curious he wondered to himself if she was some form of telepath or psychic.

He continue to ponder on the nature of the silver haired girl when Starfire came to point out the mistletoe. The wolf boy took the opportunity to slide in the lasagna and take out the soup and a loaf of bread from his backpack. He didn't however stop watching Cyborg fumble with the giant. He wanted to ask them both if they enjoyed his lecture, but it was fun to be on the other side of being fumbling for once.

Looks like all the cast are here! "HEY KAIE!" Silverwing waved to her best friend. It was good to see her and glad she wasn't the only junior Titans member to attend the party. She jumped when she heard a voice behind. To her surprise, it was BATGIRL!!! The legendary Batgirl! The girl who was in the same league with Robin and was trained under Batman. Another of her superheroes idols! 'Control yourself, Kimber Fowl.' She mentally kicked herself. Taking a few seconds to regain her composure. She turns to her and... "ThanksBatgirl!I'lldothat!" Face palm mentally. She scrapped all her words together. Impossible for anyone to make out what she was trying to say. Fantastic! "Ahem, I mean, thank you..." She smile sheepishly. But oh, it didn't end there. Hearing Robin walk into the room! "HI! ROBIN!" She let out a... rather high pitch enthusiasm Hello to the Boy Wonder! Waving at him with both hands with over enthusiasm, excitement like crazy fan girl. 'Down girl! DOWN! What the heck are you doing! Control yourself. Seriously!' She mentally kicked herself.... again. But the fun didn't end, it became worse when she was greeted by Raven! "HIRAVEN! MERRYCHRISTMAS, RAVEN!" Jumbling her words into high-pitch-scramble greeting. This was embarrassing. Clearly her throat. "Sorry, I'm just kinda excited for the party..." She spoke truthfully. Turning a little redder as she started to play with her hair. Shipping her hot cocoa. That she had poured for herself earlier. Deciding that she was going to stay off caffeine... for now. Since, she was already super-talky-jitter to start with. With everything out of her system. She was a little calmer when she spoke to Ghostdance. "Oh, hi, the name is Silverwing. This is probably our first meeting. It's an honor to meet you..." She held out her hand to him. But his eyes were fixated on her, it was getting a little... creppy uncomfortable. "I'm sorry is there something on my face..." Or did she just scare him for being all freaky weird just now! 'Bad Kimber!'  Thank goodness for distraction. She turns to giggle when she saw Kaie and Cyborg being under the mistletoe. Talk about adorable. Or maybe awkward.

SIXTEEN | TEEN TITAN | RANK 2

[Gaunt]

Starfire certainly knew how to make things awkward. Sure, Cyborg was a nice-looking guy, but Kaie preferred the sleeker prettyboys to the big, buff jocks like him. Besides, there was someone else to consider. "Um, Star? I'm kinda seein someone already." Kaie blushed, trying to think how to salvage the situation. She didn't want to be involved in any cheatsiedoodles, and besides, kissing a giant was a skill that took practice. This would just be a mess.

In a flash of insight, Kaie grabbed the mistletoe and held it out over the heads of another prospective couple. Silverwing and Ghostdance appeared to be getting along nicely, and they were a good-looking pair. Sure, not everyone had the same appreciation for fur that Kaie did, but she had confidence that her silvery friend would be able to see his merits. "Look up, you two." Now it was time for someone else to blush. A mischievous grin spread across Kaie's face as she watched to see what the two of them would do. "Sure Cy, cookies sound great." Kaie carefully took one, nomming it as she watched the festivities.

When Robin walked in the door, her heart started to race. Alright, calm down, girl. She mentally slapped herself as she watched everyone else filing in. Seemed the only one missing was Speedy. Oh well, he had given her his Secret Santa gift earlier, anyways. Of course he would be the one to arrive fashionably late. "Oh it's alright. Between the three of us, we got everything done quite quickly." She spoke to Robin with a smile. "Cyborg did the heavy lifting, and Star hung all of the ornaments and the stuff on the ceiling." She had felt a little out of place, being the only one decorating without any superpowers or technologically-enhanced physical skills. When Robin commented on her antlers, she shot him a smirk. She had something for him, she just had to wait until his back was turned... She grabbed the surprise from behind her on the ground and shoved the elf-hat complete with elongated ears on top of his freshly-gelled hair. "Since you liked them so much, you'll like this even better!" With a laugh, she nodded to Silverwing as she thanked her and walked over to the tree. "Alright everybody, come over here with your drinks and snacks and whatnot and sit over here by the tree. I'll start passing out the Secret Santa presents." This really was pretty odd to be so happy and outspoken. But for once, she had a family to celebrate Christmas with. She made her way over to the tree and started setting aside the gifts for the first exchange.

Robin couldn't help but grin when Starfire was holding mistletoe over Kaie and Cyborg. He took a few steps back, his cape brushing an ornament and making a soft tinkling noise so that he could avoid the dreaded plant in case Starfire decided she wanted him to kiss a girl too. Not that it was the worst thing in the world. He'd certainly enjoyed kissing her and…it was probably best not to go there.

His masked gaze turned towards Cyborg who was avoiding the awkwardness by joining into a conversation with Ghostdance about meat and how it belonged in lasagna. While the Boy Wonder agreed wholeheartedly he was then distracted by the giant who had decided that the best way to get over the awkwardness Starfire had instilled by trying to get Kaie and Cyborg to kiss was to do that to other people.

He wasn't sure whether to smile or shake his head at that logic.

The boy turned when someone shouted hello to him and he leaned backwards, masked eyes widening as his spikes were blown back comically by the force of her greeting. "Hey Silverwing," he said after a moment or two of simply blinking in shock. The girl went off to join Ghostdance and Cyborg as a familiar redhead captured Robin's attention.

He nodded while she described the set up processes. It was exactly how he would have run the operation so he approved. That was, of course, until a felt elf hat was thrust upon his head. The Boy Wonder turned a brilliant shade of red and his hands instantly flew to the side of the hat.

The boy didn't pull it off. Instead he let it sit there and wandered over to the gathering by the tree looking like the most awkward little elf to ever elf. He hoped that the intended recipient liked the present he'd chosen to get them.

"I remember them, Star," Raven said with a hint of nostalgia in her voice. The band aids were an inside joke between the team, something that had made them each smile in turn, and it was a perfect gift, the memory of past times. She offered Star a smile of gratitude, and then turned at Ghostdance's voice.

She frowned in confusion at the two foreign words he greeted her with, taking them to mean 'Merry Christmas' and trying to file them in her memory before nodding at him. "Yes, hot chocolate sounds good." Kudos to him, too, for making up her mind for her. Tea was everyday. She might as well be festive, right?

Raven could feel the little waves of anxiety he'd been giving off and her heart went out to him. She'd never really had a problem with being "awkward," per se, but she'd certainly struggled with her own social issues, and in an effort to perhaps quell his doubts a bit, to assure him he belonged here, she gave him too a smile when she took the mug of hot chocolate. "Thank you--"

And then more foreign words, though she had a sneaking suspicion that these were unfamiliar due to excited jumbling rather than being a new language altogether. She gave the silver-haired girl an understanding nod and waved away her embarrassment with a little swirl of empathetic magic before Kaie ruined her intentions with mistletoe and shipping. She gave the giant a look of good-natured exasperation, before wrapping her fingers around her mug of hot chocolate a little more tightly and running away from the mistletoe herself honouring Batgirl's request for gathering.

She made her way over to the massive twinkling tree and sat on one end of the Titans' couch, nodding at Robin as she did so. "Merry Christmas," she said before another sip of cocoa and a few minutes of waiting for the gifts to be passed around. She sent a glance subconsciously over her shoulder toward the doorway, wondering if a certain archer would be making an appearance in time for gifts...?
