Choosing A Character

Hey guys.
As you know, the third spot on my character roster has yet to be filled. and I want to fix that. so here's a poll of OCs/Canons that I am considering apping for. I'm posting information on the OCs but the canons you should be fairly aware of. Note that for each Categories, I'm using TTG's colors that they use for their rank.
Mousie//15//Anti-Hero
Has genetically altered mice and mice themed gadgets she created herself. Is pretty passive and really only attacks when her mice are attacked. Is a thief though, and a pretty agile one at that. Has some crazy hair and outfit choices and would be nice for stealth missions. Can possibly be convinced to change her ways, making her more of an Anti-Hero than a true Villain.
Terra//14//Neutral
Perhaps my favorite character from the series. I adore Terra, I adore her relationship with Beast Boy and now that Mordo and Arty have relinquished her, I'm considering apping her. I may play her a little differently than past players but I'll keep her as close to in character as possible. I adore the little Geomancer so much.
Mad Mod//65//Villain
Because he's crazy. That's about it lol. And let's face it, I love screwing with the others minds lol.
Harley Quinn//30//Villain
I also adore Harley. She's funny, crazy and I adore her design, outfit and relationship with the Joker. Her gimmicks are funny and I just love her character. I don't think she's totally evil though, I just think she wants to impress the Joker. I can't say I don't relate to having done some crazy things to impress a guy. And she's a psychiatrist. Love <3
George//18//Hero
Has wind Powers. I wasn't going to make him because of Tempest but Ham pretty much said Tempest is never coming back to our roster. So here we go. Instead of being a Teen Titan, I want him to be a side hero who's mostly just a senior in high school. He doesn't want to save the world, he just wants to graduate and go somewhere with his life. Chances are, he won't use his powers, preferring to use his pen blade instead.
Eli//17//Villain
Has powers over the darkness that are kind of hard to explain. Was an old OC from about four years ago back when I was in my Xiaolin Showdown phase. This chick has no regard for human life, and is pretty aggressive in battle and out of battle. She's also blind but don't underestimate her for that, she can whoop ass.

Nikki//14//Hero
Is also a very revamped character from about five or so years ago. Is a mute witch who can only perform spells when she writes them down and specializes in dark magic. This makes it incredibly hard for her to have the upperhand since she can't speak/chant. The spirits can't hear her.
Vlad//25//
Probably the scariest character I have, and he doesn't even have superpowers. He has absolutely no regard for anyone but himself and attempts to perform experiments on metahumans to obtain their powers, usually resulting in their death. He's absolutely insane and he revels in it daily. The scariest parts might be 1.) that he's a CERTIFIED doctor, with an actual degree and 2.) he has no side, he's a villain, a civilian and in his eyes, a hero. This all depends on his mood.
