Vincent had spent the entire day scouring the city just to see what there was around. All of the shops were out of this world to him, and there was just so much in the city to see. Shops for clothing, shops for shoes, shops for jewelry, there were even shops for animals! The humans here actually went into a building and bought their animals. They seem to buy just about everything. It was almost as if no one in the world could make their own stuff anymore. Well, someone had to make it. Maybe. Vincent was still not sure where all the stuff came from. Maybe this "I'll check the back" was some magical incantation that summoned what was asked for? That always seemed to do the trick. It was still very weird.
Regardless of the weird feeling, Vincent had gone around and bought everything he was convinced into buying by the salesmen and saleswoman of Jump City. Not that it was a difficult task to convince the boy. Materializing money was easy enough since he still did not know he was not supposed to do that. It would probably have been best if someone had come along with him, but Vincent had wanted to explore on his own. He had succesfully managed to lose himself in the steel jungle as he had no way of keeping track of the streets. They were all signs to him with weird writing on them. Working on reading the english language was somewhere on his to do list.
While Vincent made his way down the street with countless bags, he over heard some girls talking about how amazing the beach had been today. The beach? If there was such a fun place, Vincent definitely had to go see it before he returned to the tower. Listening more on the talking girls, Vincent found general directions for the beach. Grinning madly, Vincent moved forward and suddenly vanished from sight in a cloud of silver energy.
Once more Vincent forgot about the lack of control he had over his teleports, especially since he had no line of sight on his target. Vincent materialized high up in the air above the beach. He hovered there for a few moments before realizing he was not on solid ground. Gravity took force on his bags first and all of them just plummetted down the ground. What was worse was that he had materialized somewhat above some girl. The bags fell all around Paige and splattered sand everywhere. Fortunately, Vincent landed to the girl's side.
"Bleh...," Vincent sputtered a mouth full of sand as he pulled his face out of the sand. His white outfit was more of a khaki now with all the sand that had been plastered against him. He sat there for a few moments spitting out the sand before he realized there was someone next to him.
"Uh....... Hi.....," Vincent said quietly upon realizing it was a girl. Totally not awkward.
