JOINING
Recruitment: Teen Titans is a group that is open to any teenagers that want to make a difference by using their powers or abilities to stop crime and the forces of evil. All skill levels and talents are welcome.  Robin has been on a recruiting spree since the incident with the Brotherhood of Evil.  He wants to make sure they have enough resources and manpower to take on bigger threats and has been handing out communicators like they're Halloween candy. The mailman even has one. It's pretty easy to join once you catch the eye of one of the members.  

Operating Method: The Titans are a well known superhero group. They've decided that they're not going to be like the older generation. They are going to operate out in the open. Everything about the Titan's lives is mostly public: the people know "who" they are, where they live, and what they do. Teamwork is essential to the group as well. If you can't work on a team, they will make you learn. Fast.
