Ok, here's the thing. I'm going to give Dar a rework. Been planning to do so ever since the doomsday thread started, actually, and that's actually supposed to be the catalyst for his changes, at least powerwise(the personality will be worked over in a later thread once Catastor returns, hopefully). He'll still be the good old Dar'Kneevel we know and hate, only... better. Planning on making a new addition to his powerset, and amping up his personality to make him a bit more of a daredevil, give him added interests(like him being a speed freak and acing tricks and daring escapes either running or on anything that has wheels[bikes, skateboards and rollerblades], skills and an affinity for graffiti, his gaming habits and him being a legendary arcade thunder, among other things) and generally make him a better character overall. Hopefully. Here's the app if you want a read.
ANYWAYS, that being said, I'll also give him a new theme song. The current one is too... gloomy. While it does fit with his more tragic side, I'm looking for a faster, more upbeat tune to represent the "new" Dar. While I didn't find a "perfect" tune, I foundthree four possibilities which I couldn't decide on... so I decided to let the people vote. With that explained, the contenders are as follow:
Three Minutes Clapping
Sneakman
We Come Together
Rap is The Soul of a Man!

Three Minutes Clapping
The first contender comes from The World Ends With You's soundtrack. It's... dance-y, so much that listening to the whole song without bobbing your head, snapping your fingers, tapping your feet or similar is nearly impossible. The tune, while great, isn't too fancy, and the artistic inspirations for the game show well in the song, which fits Dar as well. Of course, the lyrics are important, and while they don't go against the character, I found only one part that can be accurately linked to Dar.
"Ah, why you want to tie me up?
Get out of my way 'cause I'm on my way
I don't care about imaginary boundaries
But somehow I'm afraid to go over them
Cover up all the skies and memories
Creativity is all that I got
So let me shout and wake you up
Let me wake you up"
That being said, it is a really upbeat tune, and I can just imagine him skating through the town while this plays in the background.

Sneakman
Well, this one's simpler. There are less lyrics to analyse, and they amount to small sentences that work as pretty much instruments helping define the beat. That, and it's from Jet Set Radio, which I admit has been a great influence in Dar's revamp. Plus, the song is titled SNEAKMAN. The whole tune feels like a fast-paced stealth sequence, which frankly is hardly possible if you don't consider we're talking about master thief speed freak with invisibility powers Dar'Kneevel Callaghan, popularly known as Dice.
We Come Together
Oh boy, this one. The tune is upbeat and addicting, the lyrics fit greatly, and even the clip is awesome, even though that's irrelevant. In truth, the only part of the lyrics I can't find a fit to Dar is... the chorus. That doesn't take away from the amazingness the rest of the song is, though.
"Hold on, we brave the waves, don’t fall
When the sheriff’s got your back against the wall
You’ll become a slave if you fear to brawl
That’s why we crave to conquer all
You can catch us switching lanes at the break of dawn
When the rebel spirit answers to my call
When the magic from within is released, reborn
That’s why we crave to conquer all
[...]
Are you ready to face the eye of the storm
When the planets are enraged, can you stay calm
Will you find your way when you’ve strayed to far
Whether the distance is great or small
I can show you the way if you gaze at the stars
When the universe leaves all the gates ajar
Whether I’ll be there is no question at all
I could not escape the vortex to which we are drawn."

Rap is The Soul of a Man!
Now I'll be honest with you guys, the first time this idea crossed my mind, it was as a joke. But as time passed, it started to grow on me. It's over the top, it's heroic, it does have a nice beat, and if you pay close attention, the lyrics do talk about doing the impossible, being part of a revolution, coming from the underground, becoming/being the best and all that other stuff. Cause when it comes down to it, he's facing superhumans of incredibly high powerlevels. He's surviving among heroes and villains that are insanely tougher than him. He's breaking rules and doing the impossible. He's fighting the power.
