Much like the Postal Service the intrepid Rose Wilson could not be deterred no matter the weather. She slogged through a puddle, wrinkling her nose as water came in the top of her bright red rainboots and soaked her stockings. Grossss. She'd headed out the moment school had ended. The youngest Wilson had paused a second, at most, to dump off her school supplies in her locker and grab her rain gear before hightailing it out.
No one would ever suspect she was the fearsome in her mind daughter of Slade when she was wearing her school uniform and a bright yellow raincoat. She didn't like to wear her uniform out and about, especially because it just wasn't cool, but today she had to get there right away. So there was no time to change, or pass go, or collect 200 dollars.
Today was a special event at the local arcade. They were unveiling the latest Mega Monkeys game! She couldn't wait to kick butt at it. Rose skidded into the mall, her shoes squeaking as she raced the length of the carpet runner meant to contain the grossness seeping in from outside. She slipped when she hit the tiled floors but didn't fall. With an unnatural sort of grace she regained her balance and continued down the hall at a sprint. Suck it mall cop she ignored the man yelling at her to walk indoors and vanished into the arcade.
It was dark in the arcade. She peeled off her yellow coat, frowning that her clothes had still managed to get wet underneath it, and tossed it in a growing pile of other kid's raingear before continuing inside. Rose's eyes took seconds to adjust as she made her way through the familiar maze of games.
There it was.
A single light illuminated the new game while imagined heavenly choirs struck melodious notes in her head. Rose's face lit up as she shoved her way into the front of the line to play the new game. No one protested. The white-haired school girl was well known around here both as a bully, and as a terrible sore loser.
In many ways, Jump City had proven itself to be far beyond what Eddie had originally thought of it. From the sights, the people there were so many new things for the devil to see and do and, of course, there was the Teen Titans themselves. But today excitement wasn't about the Titans, about superheroes or anything of the sort. No today was about something almost as importation as those and that something was video games! More precisely the new Mega Monkeys game. A game that wasn' meant to hit arcade for another three months. He didn't know how or why the arcade had it and couldn't care less beyond he how he had to play it. However, this also meant going out into the public eye of this city. In his old city, the people had grown used to seeing the living proof of hell walking around, but here he doubt they would be so kind.
Still he had a mission and nothing was going to hold him back as he set off from the Titans residential area. Despite is distaste of rainy days, Eddie was thankful for it as it gave a reason for him covering up. Pulling the hooded raincoat over his head Eddie hide is horns around with his silver hair and red face. The rest was easier to hide zipping the coat up and wearing a pair of gloves. At most he looked like a guy who was afraid of getting wet. Still it was all worth it to feed his addiction to gaming. After a short walk to the mall, Eddie wasted no time as he rushed toward the arcade as discreetly as he could. No doubt making himself more noticeable than not. He was never very good at stealth.
Reaching the arcade, Eddie chose to keep his coat on where many had tossed theirs to the side. Times like these almost made miss the old days of this red devil suit and the ability to remove it at the end of the day. Snapping out of days past Eddie's eyes narrow in the low lights as he hunted for his target. "There you are!" He said making his way down the rows toward the crowd of people about the game. However, something wasn't right here. Despite it being a new game and with coop there seemed to be only one person playing with everyone else seemly to scared to get closer. "If you're looking play the new game forget about it. The Queen already sunk her fangs into it." A guy said from Eddie side in a sarcastic tone. Normally Eddie wasn't the sort to draw unwanted attention toward himself, but this time he couldn't help it. Without thinking, he stepped up next to the white hair girl before popping his own coins in. "Sorry, but I'm waiting around for a turn." He said with a growing smile as he popped his fingers. At his old arcade, Eddie held the high score on over half the games there loved the idea of doing the same here. "Hope your ready cause I'm holding back." he said as his fingers dance over the pad before him.
Apparently nobody was brave enough to face her in multiplayer mode. A smirk curled across Rose's face as the loading screen flashed in front of her. Her quarters were in, and the screen was counting down the time another player had to put in their quarters. She watched the monkeys on the loading screen, amused by the way they were shooting each other with their banana guns, and excited because the graphics quality had skyrocketed since the last game.
There was a shuffle and conversation behind her, but Rose doubted anybody would step forward. Until, of course, somebody did. The white haired girl turned to look at the boy next to her with raised eyebrows. He was still wearing his soggy raincoat with the hood up, gross, and it was kind of weird that he was wearing gloves. Maybe he was a germaphobe? Whatever. Freak or not she'd still have no problems kicking his butt.
At the promise he'd hold back Rose rolled her eyes. This guy was a total newb. None of the seasoned players who came at least every few weeks to this arcade dared go easy on Rose just because she was a girl. Those who did tended to regret it. She'd fight anybody in the real world or in a video game.
"Bring it, Freak," Rose replied, her blue eyes glimmering with the challenge.
She breezed through the player select, picking the orange monkey, because duh. Her monkey's vehicle was basically a battering ram showcasing Rose's close-combat preference. They were placed on a combat race-track with a number of other monkeys in their weird little monkey cars. Rose's monkey twitched as the starting countdown floated above them. An alarm blared and they were off! With a smirk Rose turned her car to attack Eddie's.

The roleplay takes place after the series end of the original Teen Titans animated show, but does not include the movie Trouble in Tokyo. Since then Robin has been on something of a recruiting spree, and many new young heroes have found themselves a home in Jump City as well as Titan Tower.
