It was the middle of the night. Most titans were either sleeping, or off fighting crime. The training room lay therefore dark and abandoned. The only occasional noise was from the venting system exhaling fresh air from outside into the lonely room.
A light appeared in the stairway leading to the room. It started off dim, but then steadily grew in strength, until Sun arrived, her star a bright white. At this point the room was better lit than it had ever been before, even with the lights off. The star-girl looked around curiously, trading around carefully. "Hm, I guess this is the logical place to do it." After a little more exploration of the giant room, she found a sort of battle ring. "That'll be perfect for my expansion exercises. It's not like any of the machines will do me any good." And with that she moved to the center of the clear square area.
The star expanded as it was given more space to breath. Sun stopped when she reached the center of the room. She then lifted her right hand, turning it into a fist. Her eyes closed, and she became perfectly still. Her mouth was shut, her respiration halted as usual and the only noticeable movement was a soft rocking of plasma current inside her star. After five whole minutes of holding this position, Sun slowly opened up her fist. Almost in accord, her star expanded. As her hand went from compact to outstretched, the star followed suit, until the whole, large training room was engulfed in the brilliant plasma.
