Good! She got herself distracted on something IMPORTANT! A topic! A conspiracy! It beats staring at the corpse and loosing her breakfast, unlike her lunch and dinner.
Back to the reality, her jaw dropped to the ground. Watching Mr.'Nos' tilted his head to the side, sticking a finger into a bullethole in his neck, before pulling one finger out. Showing no trance of blood or whatsoever
As his spoke, the conversation became a whole blah-blah-blah-moment. The best example, she can describe to anyone, was like the Charlie Brown, how his teacher spoke in class. Her eyes was fixated on his neck. She didn't hear a word he had just said. Like, how the robber called her the Silver-Witch? Or how fascinated they were about her blood? While having no problem, turning her a hero to a hostage.
Instead, her mind was preoccupied watching his mouth still moving. Still breathing and standing right in front of her, despite the hole in his neck. She knew it was rude to stare, but she couldn't help it. The guy had bullet hole right through his neck for goodness sake. There was no way, she could stay calm and not react.
"How? How are you still standing here? Still breathing and still talking? What are you?"
Yup, common sense went out the window alright. She is a girl who can manipulate silver and she can't get over the fact that Zombies or Vampire might exist. A young mind indeed or she needs to get out more.

Gaunt couldn't believe it. He had gone to all that trouble of explaining everything, detailed as much as possible so she'd be more revenge-focused, and the girl was completely distracted by his injuries. He sighed, shaking his head. Was this really what superheroes were like in person? So far, both of the superheroes he'd met since coming to Jump City had been pretty dang ditzy. First Lagoon Boy, and now this girl. He wondered if it was a package deal with the idealistic attitude. Buy one heroism, get one derp free.
"There's a 13 foot tall man made out of concrete in Belle Reve right now. Whenever he busts out he's stopped by an alien, a witch, a cyborg, a boy in tights, and a shapeshifter who thinks Conservation of Mass is for chumps. Is this really so weird?" He plopped the bodies down in an alcove so he could continue their chat without him carrying a mass grave on his shoulder. He wiped his hands off, turning back to the superhero. "Mr. Gaunt hired me for a reason. I'm pretty close to unstoppable. I'm the one he sends out when things get ugly, like this."
Gaunt pulled out a hip flask, Taking a swig. The wounds started to close almost instantly, pushing the bullets out and sealing up. Within seconds, there was no sign of injury. He capped the flask and put it back before looking at the superhero. She seemed pretty surprised. Maybe she was new at the hero game, she didn't seem to be too used to different powers. "What? Alcohol's a good disinfectant."
Silverwing, your an idiot. But, she has no one but to blame herself. Not only, she had fail to catch the bad guys (who are now dead). She makes herself look like fool, with an IQ of 20 or even less. So not her day.
"I'm sorry..." She finds herself apologizing to Nos. She watches him take a swig of his drink. When he turns back, giving her a look and replies to her his ideal use for alcohol. "I have no problem with that..." Noticing now, his neck wound has been completely heal, leading to believe. He was a Vampire and not a Zombie.
"Ahem..." Clearing her throat to create a new-fresh conversation ."I suppose your right. No one needs to know the whole truth." She looks over the corpse, before turning away. "I will take care of the bodies too. Criminals or not. They still deserve a proper burial. Its...its just seem right to put their soul at ease. They could repel in their next life, if fate permit them. So, I'll take it from here..." She turns to him and held out her hand. "I should thank you again for saving me..."

"Don't worry about it, kid." He stretched, cracking his newly healed neck. She seemed to be adjusting to things quickly enough. The girl was still traumatized, but she was making a recovery. He hoped she wouldn't talk too much about him. Rat's Nest was supposed to be shrouded in mystery, she'd already seen enough to be suspicious.
Gaunt shook his head at her suggestion of a proper burial. "These wounds are too recognizable. They can be traced, and that puts my people in danger. I'll take care of them myself, a disappearance is easier to explain than a bleedin' elephant gun." He picked up the bodies, stacking them on his left shoulder again. He'd need to get this taken care of before she could get too insistent. "If they get fussy about it, I can handle it. I've dealt with ghosts before."
The vampire gave a quick handshake before turning to walk away. His handshakes were always pretty loose, he didn't want to snap someone's arm off while greeting them. "You took a few hits there, should probably go see a doc. I'll be around, kid." He waved over his shoulder, walking off into the shadows.
Silverwing walks away too, but when she turn back to look. He was already gone, like the wind. She shook head, as she walk ahead. Returning to the subway. She gonna have a field day figuring out how to explain to the police, about the robbers disappearances act.
The next day, Kimber Fowl woke up by noon, in her apartment in her nighty. She was thankful, that today was her day off and there was no classes today too. She make an arrangement with Teen Titans, to stay over at the Tower during her roaster. While staying out in her family condo apartment, if she has classes to attend and on her day-off.
She wore a robes, before stepping out to get the paper. Waving and smiling to some of the neighbor she meets down the hall. She knew what they were thinking. What kind of person sleeps all day and wakes up at noon? She could care less as she has her own reason, and why should she care what others think?
Sitting back in her kitchen, she opens the newspaper and studies it. Sipping her morning cup of Joe. Her first agenda of the day, was to look on the bank robbery report last night. She wanted to make sure the reporters didn’t manipulated her words and gives the Titans a bad rap. She also wanted to know if they found anything else. Reporters has their way of finding out thing (better than the police) and they did.
Her eyebrow narrows together, before her face turn slightly red. Cursing under her breath.
“THE MONEY!” She yell out loud in her kitchen.
She knew she was missing something. What happen to the half and million dollars that was stolen last night? No one has any idea. Surely, Mr Nos has some explaining to do…tonight.

It had been a long day for Gaunt. He hadn't gotten a moment of rest during the daylight hours, he'd been too busy cleaning up. The bodies had been simple enough. He had ways of taking care of those, and they were in place before sunrise. No, the real problem was cleaning up the rest. He'd fibbed a bit describing his cleanup speed to Silverwing, and he knew he couldn't get it done before sunup.
He sensed the sun had risen while he was hauling the money back. There was a lot, and the bags were heavy. He dropped them on the tracks as he felt his strength drain from him. From there, he had to take them one at a time. It was slow going, but by ten in the morning they were all stashed in his hideout. He'd have to get it laundered, but once that was done he would have some nice funding for his franchise here. Gaunt grabbed some cleaning supplies and went out to get rid of the rest of the evidence.
Bloodstains were scrubbed thoroughly until they were no longer visible, then sprayed with ammonia to cover up any traces. The smashed areas were more difficult, but could be explained by all sorts of things. He had to get all the little things that could be easily traced. By five, he'd gathered all the bullets, shell casings, and other assorted bits into a bag to be disposed of. He slung the heavy sack over his shoulder and headed home.
By sunset, the last of the trash was taken care of. He grabbed a V8 bottle of blood from his personal fridge and set it on his work desk, hauling in the bags of cash. Gaunt took out a few briefcases and started feeding the bills through a counting machine. He wanted to know exactly how much he had to gain from this. It was a few hours of work, but money was one of his main comforts these days, it was a joy to spend more time with it. He was just starting to relax when he noticed something in the cuff of his sleeve. The super must have put a tracker on him the night before! In the excitement of the day, he must have missed it. He quickly plucked it off, crushing it between his fingers. Gaunt wasn't sure how well it could track him down here, but better safe than sorry.
I hope you don't mind me copy-and-paste your lines. xP
Creds to Emma!
Silverwing used her silver disk, to levitate a few inches of the ground, as she makes her way to the underground subway.
“Why does he have to stay in an abandon underground subway?” She asked herself.
She decided to levitate then walk. After she encounter, a huge rats with the size of a cat running across her. Freaking her out.
Easing her mind of the huge rat. She gave herself pat on the back. Bugging Nos with a tracker, without him knowing. She never trusted him at first, even after he saved her from the robbers. There was something around him, which gave her a sign that, I’m a bad person and I’m not to be trusted aura.
Nos probably duped her for a fool, forgetting the money and letting him off Scott free. So who, laughing now. She smirk. She even got her lines running in her head. How was she going to tell him off? How he had taken her for a fool instead of taking her seriously? And all.
She readjusted her flash light and study the map again. The (fade) tracking signal die an hour earlier, but manage to give her the last location, a pin-point location of where he might be. Leaving her to rely on her instinct and well…luck. And she needs all the luck she could get to find him.
For the second night in a row, Gaunt was interrupted by the security system. He reluctantly peeled himself away from his Spider-Man marathon and checked the monitors. The super girl from the previous night was back. Gaunt groaned, pulling on his coat. She must have been following that tracker of hers. He really should have caught it sooner, this was going to be a pain. She was probably still grumpy about him killing those guys and absconding with their money, these capes could be really annoying about stuff like that.
He weighed his options. He couldn't be sure how accurate that tracker was, or how much information she'd gotten. Silverwing was heading in the right direction, at least. A lot of superheroes had access to advanced technology, so it was possible she might be able to track him. He wasn't too sure about the limits of her powers, either. Gaunt decided it was better to play it safe. He hit the button, unlocking the door to the conference room.
By the time Silverwing arrived, Nos would already be waiting in the conference room. He sat at the head of the table, leaning back in his chair and keeping an eye on the door. He was ready to discuss this peacefully, but just in case, he had Vera in a compartment under the table. He was dealing with a super, no such thing as too careful with those.
It took her an hour to find the places, but she did it and it was a success. Yeah, a happy victory for Silverwing, the magical silver girl. Um….She should seriously consider a better tag line. She makes herself sound like some sort of sub-genre of Japanese fantasy anime. Like, what was her name again? Sailor Moon or something?
Anyway…She found herself what seem to be his base and his living quarters. There was a security monitor in the corner of the room, and he must known that she was coming a mile away. Her instinct heighten. Quickly and as precaution. She grabs several Silver Bells from her side pouches. Taking up 5 and saving the rest for later. She then turns, 5 of the silver marbles into a gauntlet, before attaching it to her right arm.
There was a light up ahead in a room, and it had all the invisible sign to enter. Nos was waiting for her in that room. Like a suspend thriller, her heart was beating hard on her chest. It felt like it could almost, literally jumps out from her chest. She has no idea, what has she gotten herself into, or what she was about to deal with. But, if she learns anything from the Titans, it was to expect the unexpected.
Sighing. She told herself to breathe and brace herself. Taking a step forward and opening the door to see Mr. Nos. Finding him. Sitting at the head of the table, leaning back against his chair.
"You have something I want..." She bluntly said it. Not the best way to start a conversation, but she was nervous. Can you blame her? She was about to deal with an undead, a vampire. Who took out 3 men, like flies? and she has no idea if she was getting out alive...from these.
Now, thinking about it. She should had taken some Holy Water with her.

As expected, Silverwing came right to the conference room. He wasn't sure how much of that was due to the tracker and how much was because of the place being noticeable, but here she was. The girl had a silver gauntlet on, she had expensive tastes for a superhero. Her powers must have been limited to precious metals, no other reason to use something so pricey and weak. He wondered if her abilities hardened it into a more effective weapon. He'd seen how tough it was to make silver useful in werewolf turf wars.
She was being pretty demanding for a superhero too. Gaunt leaned forward, looking her in the eye. There was no telling how affected she still was by the events of the previous night. She was acting tough, but a jumpy superhero was a dangerous thing. "We all want something, missy, but nothing's free. What is it you want and what are you offering?" He smirked a little at his own comment. From a certain point of view, the money he'd gotten could be considered free. But then again, it had taken four deaths and a long day of hard work to get it. Not bad for half a million.
Now came the tricky part. He'd put her in a bit of a tough spot, having to ask him for half a million dollars. There was really no easy way to do that. And if she did ask, he had the events of the previous day to hang over her head. She might try to play hardball, but Gaunt was fairly sure he was better at it than she was.
Silverwing took a step back when he stepped forward. She wasn’t gonna let him take an advantage on her…again. Her mind and body was on alert. Her silver gauntlet could change into anything’s and anytime, with a thought.
"We all want something, missy, but nothing's free. What is it you want and what are you offering?"
She knew he was gonna say that. She knew he was gonna demand something in exchange, for the money. He was never gonna let her take it and leave, that easily.
“What if I exchange with you with Silver, or blood…I mean blood packages” Making it clear to him, that she wasn’t offering something else otherwise.
She came in prepare with a plan. All she needed to do was buy herself sometime and distraction, to execute it. If her resources was right, all she needed to do was to stab him in the heart. And she might have the chance to immobilize him. It was a risky move, but it was all she got. In an instants, she threw herself at him, pushing him back. Changing her gauntlet into a silver dagger. Aiming for his heart.
Gaunt scowled at the offer of blood. He'd gotten pretty used to dealing with comments like that, but they were still annoying. Super blood might have been a tempting offer, but he wasn't sure what it would do, and he wasn't going to admit what he was anyway. "Not funny." he said, tensing up a bit. "You're lucky. Not everyone keeps their looks when they get their powers. Doesn't mean I'm a movie monster." He'd gotten very good at feigning offense over the years. When you look like Count Orlock, you need to be able to act insulted when someone made the comparison.
Unfortunately, Silverwing seemed to take this as a threatening gesture. She jumped across the table, forming her glove into a blade and trying to stab him in the chest. The silver blade cut through his shirt, but glanced harmlessly off the layer of Kevlar under it. He put a hand on her shoulder, and a quick shove was all it took to throw her across the room. Not hard enough to cause real damage, but enough to make a point. He stayed sitting, examining the tear. "Now was that nice? I'm trying real hard to be nice here and you have to go and tear my shirt. Can we please talk like civil folk?"
Okay, maybe jumping over the table, while trying stab your enemies was not the best moves. Adding another item to her Do’s and Don’t list. Learn from your mistake, she suppose…in a painful way. And she didn’t even make a dent on him.
Awesome.
Putting one hand over the table. She tries push herself up. Turning away from Nos, as she makes a face being-throw-over-table-pain. Gosh, that hurts like…well bad. But, she turns back to face him. Holding back her pain, like any good heroes would do. Show no weakness to the enemies.
"Now was that nice? I'm trying real hard to be nice here and you have to go and tear my shirt. Can we please talk like civil folk?"
“Nice?! NICE!?...” She didn’t even know why, but his 'Nice' punch line just...pisses her off. “NICE!?” She repeated herself. She swear. She could feel her blood boil under her skin. “You killed 4 men’s! You took the money and run! Right under my nose!” Remembering it, just only makes her even angrier. “Now I have to make a deal with you. In exchange for the money and you turned it down. Making me use force! And what did you do next?” He humiliated her like a fool. Nos has certainly just crosses over the line and probably signed his death warrant, even if he was already dead.
She makes a dramatic pause before snapping at him. “Oh yeah, you threw me over the table and…YOU…CALL…THAT…NICE!”
Both of her eyes started to lit up with light. She started calling. Using her telekinesis connection, to call all the existing silver element around her. Aiding her to form several silver dagger around her, so she can stab Nos properly.
Yes, anger. Her anger can be her advantages and her weakness. With anger, her power will increase drastically, but she could risk losing control of it. She just hope her power would behave long enough for her to do, what she needed to do. Immobilize Nos and get the money back, she hopes.

Gaunt glared at her across the table. Once she was done ranting, he finally spoke. "You seem to have gotten some key points wrong. First off, I killed four men who were trying to capture you and sell you as a lab rat. I've been on the lab rat side of things, it ain't fun. I'd consider that a nice thing I did. Second, I got rid of the evidence so you wouldn't be implicated in their deaths, also a nice gesture. And thirdly, when in the blue hell did I turn you down? I asked what you were offering, then you tried to stab me in the chest! I threw you because YOU TRIED TO BLOODY KILL ME! And you'll notice I held back and didn't kill you, didn't even break nothing major. I have been VERY nice. You, on the other hand, would be a murderer right now if it weren't for our friends at the DuPont company." He held open the rip in his shirt, showing the armored layer beneath it.
He stood, walking around the table. Silverwing didn't look in the best condition to fight right now. He hadn't caused any severe injuries, but with mortals those little bruises could add up. Hopefully, she wouldn't try to pull anything else. "Now do you have an offer, or are you just going to try to murder and rob me again?" He looked her dead in the eyes. With any luck, this would work. Superheroes tended to be vulnerable to that sort of guilt trip. And in spite of her sudden attack, this girl seemed mostly nice. Being reminded of how close she had come to killing a man might humble her a bit.
Just as she was about to kill him…Okay, maybe not kill him…just disable him. But as he started poking hole into her accusation. Man, she hates that. It kinda lost the whole meaning why she was mad at him in the first place.
With the motion of her hands, slicing her left then right hands through the air. She gather the daggers around her writs. Morphing them from daggers to 2 silver wrist cuffs, each attaching to her left and right wrist.
“Fine! But that's doesn’t mean your completely right…” Refusing to admit she was wrong. “Anywaaay, what is my option? Beside, leaving-the-money-with-you-and-running-off-pretending-nothing-happen-again option…” She say

The roleplay takes place after the series end of the original Teen Titans animated show, but does not include the movie Trouble in Tokyo. Since then Robin has been on something of a recruiting spree, and many new young heroes have found themselves a home in Jump City as well as Titan Tower.
