"I-I dunno! We could..." she paused, "Help me find a ventilation shaft. I can squeeze myself in there, drop some vines down from the vents and knock out the baddies with ease. Trouble is," she moved her hands to her hips, smoothing out the leather that was straining against her womanly form. "I am not very small. Preferably, I would rather not get stuck in a vent, so we need to find one that can handle all of this woman," she said, looking around for any sort of duct. However, Speedy's words made her cheeks burn. There was no time for beating him up, because cattle-prod arming guards were closing in and fast.

She nodded and her eyes began to glow, vines lashing down across the rods, knocking them free of a few of the guards, enough to clear a path to the elevator. "Come on BB!" she called, flipping over the guards with ease.

"RIGHT!" she ran as fast as she could grabing a key ring with alota keys on it. "And where do you think your going brat" a man in a lab coat jumped behind her grabing her by the neck "I knew you went heywire but this is enough stupid child" he griped her neck harder she was kicking trying to get way from him. " *cough* R.Let go robin take the keys Hurry" she screamed as she tossed them to him.

Batgirl was slightly put-out when Robin hissed /careful/ at her. He could at least have been a little nicer than that. "Fine." She whispered at her commands to watch the door. Boys. They always wanted to take control. Of course, Robin /was/ the team leader around here. Everyone had to follow his orders. All of that power didn't seem to make him big-headed like it would some others, but you never knew. That big-headedness could come out soon.

When she heard a /thump/ behind her, she twirled around just in time to see Robin falling to the floor. Seconds later, several guards started swarming in the way they had came. So much for watching the door. Kicking and punching, Batgirl tried to knock out as many as she could while letting none of them pass to get at the others.

The Boy Wonder had not gotten his nickname by being the spokesboy for Wonder Bread. With usual Robin-like fury he knocked out the first of the attackers before being beset by another. This time he got a pretty good hit to the gut and went down like a rock. He nodded gratefully to Raven when she took the guy out and helped him to his feet. But then Iris was screaming because someone had snuck up on her. “Iris!” he cried as he moved forward to catch the keys. They landed in his open hand with a clunk and he shoved them in his belt as he took out a birdarang the same instant throwing it at the man who had Iris captive. As the man let go of Iris, Robin ordered. "Raven, protect Iris!" and moved into a fighting position guarding Batgirl's back against the waves of attackers. "Just like old times, huh Babs?"

Beast Boy's ears rang with the alarm; it seemed Robin's team wasn't the only one who had gotten themselves into trouble now. He itched to go into battle alongside Speedy, but knew the archer could handle himself pretty well. Besides, he had also provided a quick and easy way to Robin's floor.

"Catch up with us as soon as you can! I'll turn my communicator on," he barked at the battling archer before following Mani into the elevator. He punched the button for the seventh floor, leaving Speedy to fight alone.

The elevator ride was swift, though it felt like an eternity to the battle-ready BB. The doors opened to blaring alarms and the sounds of a fight. "Let's go!" he growled to Mani, already bolting for the room where Robin and his team were fighting.

One got a lucky hit on her before she could punch him in the face, breaking his nose. That was going to leave a mark. Probably a nasty bruise in the morning on her left arm. Suddenly she felt a presense behind her and turned her head slightly to check. Of course, it was Robin.

When he spoke, she laughed. "Of course." Except that you and I aren't together, she wanted to add but didn't. That probably wouldn't be the best idea, bringing that up in a place like this. The thugs were thinning, and soon they were all down. She turned and started fighting the guys that converged on Robin.

Speedy wasn't able to make as short work of the fifteen or so guards that were left as Mani had in her escape with Beast Boy. He was only human, after all. Tired and yet energized by the adrenaline rush, he made well, medium work of the remaining guards. Reclaiming his gear, the battling boy loaded eight explosive arrows. They would be bundled but only the timed charges would go off; it was a gamble since they hadn't been tested yet, and hopefully the floorboards in this building were nothing a little C-4 plastic couldn't handle. He was setting timers on these more complicated devices as he fended off his dwindling yet recuperating oppressors, tying them into a bundle like a bundle of TNT (lol everyone's favourite friend)! He didn't have to deal with the last 5 guys, and a couple of their friends were coming to. Robin would've have a perfect score, Speedy could bet his life on that. How embarrassing; good thing no one was around to see.
"3..2..1..blast-off, bozos!" Three of his more powerful explosives went first. The charges were set in levels; another three more powerful ones blew through the next floor, and finally the last two of the bundle blew through the 4th floor; now only 3 floors up from the 7th they'd landed on, he took the fire escape, huffing. Making it to the 2nd and hearing the commotion, he set another good 5 and fired, jumping through. He landed on a couple of guys closing in on the group, right on his butt. He saluted Robin and Batgirl whom he'd aided in taking out a couple of the oppressors circling those two, looking around for Beast Boy and Mani and aiming his gear at his teammate's oppressors.
"...hey guys. Did I miss much?" Speedy tried to catch his breath, aimfinger wavering a little from fatigue. That was the last time he challenged Flash to a burger eating competition for a while. He was sorely out of shape!

Beast Boy had just caught sight of Robin and Babs duking it out with several guards. He ran towards them with Mani, ready to offer his assistance, but had to quickly skid to a halt, arms flailing, to avoid being crushed by falling Speedys. The debonair archer had blasted a hole through the floors and had landed (fortunately) on a couple of guards Robin and Babs had been battling.

The changeling grinned cheekily at Speedy, grateful that the silly ginger hadn't gotten himself hurt while fighting off the guards on the upper floors. He did a quick head count, momentarily shifting into a ram to butt away an encroaching guard.

"Where's Raven and Iris?" he asked Robin and Batgirl, changing back into himself so he could speak.

Mani nodded, looking at BB. It was so cute watching the little green boy get so pumped to whoop some ass. If they weren't in the middle of an important mission, she probably would have snuggled him against her chest and giggled about how absolutely adorable he was. That would be saved for later, and for the time being, the doors opened, revealing to them to the room where Bats and Robin were already fighting several guards.

Just as she was about to step from the opened doors when who were to fall from above, but Speedy. Even Mani couldn't hide the smile at seeing the ginger. "Good job, Speed," she yelled, watching a few guards fall to the floor. Vines began to grow from the debris, grabbing some of the remaining guards and banged their heads together, knocking them out cold, and tossed the limp bodies to the side.

"Come on!" Raven hissed at Iris, grabbing her hand and spinning them back around the way they'd come, away from the fighting, yelling, and smashing of heads. Robin knew she hated playing baby-sitter.... She was no good at it.
Ah well, not like Iris needed much baby-sitting though anyway.
They reached a corner, and Raven stopped, looking Iris in the eye.
"I'll get us outta here if you promise to hold on tight and not freak out. Agreed?"

"Im over her BB im fine." the man that had been chokeing her was KO.ed for the moment and others where comeing she tryed to defened them off best sh could. " not to be pushy but any time now raven." she was doing ok but was not used to fighting like this. still that wasnt the problom. the side of her neck and cheek was bleeding and was brething difrintly than she should. she was draged from the room thank god.

"Yes and dont worry ive seen to much to freak out....im sorry i made you do this raven"

"Don't worry about it," Raven mumbled. "Let's go then." She took hold of Iris' hands in her own. Her eyes lit up and a black form rose up behind her, seemingly from nowhere, taking on the distinct shape of a raven. "This might feel a little funny," she said, smiling a little ruefully, before the raven clasped it's wings over the both of them and they were gone.
Raven brought them both to the surface, outside, snug in the shadows, where no one was looking. She released Iris' hands, letting her own fall to the side as she gazed back at the building. She longed to be back, helping her team, fighting beside them, but if Rescue Raven was what Robin wanted, she wasn't going to argue.

Fighting with Batgirl was like going back in time. The only difference for him was there was no Batman lurking in the shadows and watching their backs while they fought the goons and he took on the big baddie. Knocking yet another opponent to the ground Robin didn't bother to turn around when he heard something crash behind them. He was too busy ducking so he didn't take a tazer to the face. When that same guy was taken out by an arrow Robin shot back to Speedy. “Nice of you to show up!”

It looked like the backup was here. “Raven is getting Iris out of here. This fighting is too intense for her.” the leader of team one informed, the leader of team two, Beast Boy. “But we have the keys, so we can start freeing them.” he dodged another tazer aimed for him as he hit out with his bostaff knocking the man in the stomach. “Titans!” he shouted his loud enough for everyone to hear. “Let's move to the lower levels! Our job here is done!”

They where back outside. she was relived but also disapointed she couldnt of helped."That actuly felt preaty cool. " she smiled looking at her as she let go she could tell this was not where she wished to be at. " Raven If you wish to go help them go. I'll be fine i have my meathods of staying out of sight in land scapes like this." she really didnt wish to upset her. just then she felt a spark like burn on her neck.... the blood from her wond increased she winced in pain puting her hand over it her back to raven trying not to make it a big deal.

Beast Boy nodded to Robin, not really in the position to talk as he mowed down a couple of guards in the form of a ferocious bear. Quick as a wink, he slithered up the body of another in the form of a snake, constricting the hapless victim until his muscles loosened and he fell unconscious. It was good to know that Iris was safe, he thought as he scurried down another guard's shirt in the form of a ferret, tickling him with his little ferret paws until the goon lost his grip on his cattle prod of a weapon, before leaping off the man and giving him a solid kick as a mule. He had managed to hear Iris confirm news of her safety before she had been whisked away by Raven, so that was a plus.

At Robin's command, Beast Boy shifted back into himself and snatched a couple of keys the others had left lying around or dropped during the fighting. He had made sure to tell the others the floor number the other lab rats were on, in case he had to leave them to free the trapped animals early.

"Coming!" he barked as he stuffed the keys in his belt, running after the Boy Wonder and towards the lower levels.
